Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time depends on your location: typically, it takes 2-6 business days within Europe and 3-10 business days for regions outside of Europe.

For returns and exchanges, the product must be unused, with its tags intact and in its original packaging. To initiate the process, photos of the product must be sent via email to Kralfein on the same day you receive your order. If these photos are not sent, the return or exchange process cannot be completed. Limited edition items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. If the product page indicates "limited edition," it cannot be returned or exchanged.
