Returns and Exchanges

• To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.
• To initiate the return or exchange process, you must email photos of the product to Kralfein on the same day you receive your order.
• If photos are not provided on the day of delivery, the return or exchange cannot be processed.
• Limited edition items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If the product page indicates that an item is “limited edition,” it is not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

• Delivery times vary depending on your location:
